To contact BML Information Technology staff to serve your technical and support inquiries, please email bml-ithelp@ucdavis.edu. This should be your first stop in seeking information technology support at BML.

Generally there is at least one IT staff member on duty from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, if you have an urgent IT issue during business hours and have difficulty locating IT staff to assist you, see the front office receptionist.

BML residents have access to file and print services, wireless and wired network access and managed updates and antivirus software. You will need a network login (account) for many of these services, for help establishing BML network services and accounts, please email bml-ithelp@ucdavis.edu, or if you are without email or network access, IT staff can be found in room W205B.
